Eligibility for Returns:

- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- We do not accept returns on used, opened, or partially consumed products.

- Receive Instructions – We will provide return instructions and a return shipping address.
- Ship the Item – Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure delivery.
Refunds & Processing:
- Upon receipt, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges & Damaged Items:
- We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please place a new order.
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us as soon as possible, and we will gladly replace or refund the item.
